Warranty Service Policy:
Warranty service is available during normal business hours.
Any warranty service performed outside of regular business hours will be billed at standard rates.
Damage or defects resulting from the following are not covered under warranty:
Accidents
Neglect or misuse
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters)
Acts of terrorism
Unauthorized or attempted repairs by others

Service Response Policy:
Regular Hours: Service requests received during normal business hours will receive a response within two (2) hours, whenever possible.
After-Hours, Weekends, and Holidays:
Service requests will receive a telephone response within two (2) hours.
A technician will be on-site within four (4) hours following the telephone response.

Travel and Billing Policy:
Travel time is calculated portal-to-portal (from technician’s departure to return) and is included in the two (2) hour minimum for all regular service calls.
Travel and labor exceeding the initial two (2) hours will be billed in additional time increments as incurred at the standard hourly rate.
